At Onyae Skin Care, we take pride in providing high-quality, natural skincare products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
